Opals International Jewelers, Inc. DBA J. Thomson Custom Jewelers Services

In 1993, we started making custom opal jewelry for the internet. In 1996, we purchased a wholesale opal business from retiring owners. We started supplying thousands of retail stores with all opal services from loose gemstones to inlay repairs and custom opal jewelry.

In 2005, we moved to the new J. Thomson Custom Jewelers building and opened a retail store providing all jewelry resources. We continued to supply all opal services under our original company name, Opals International Jewelers, Inc.

Opals International Jewelers, Inc. has created over 15,000 unique jewelry designs since 1993, for thousands of clients worldwide with two expert contract jewelers, and two on-site jewelers. Our personal service and experience allow us to design and manufacture a piece from a day to a month or less, in almost all cases. With our jewelry design and creation techniques, we can make you anything you desire with our metals, gems, or even your family sentimental materials. We can hand fabricate in platinum, gold, or silver and/or create a wax design, then cast and set. We also utilize the latest 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and manufacturing (CAM) technology for precise and very detailed design projects. This ability allows us to custom design pieces for anyone with an email in any part of the world. The client has an important role in the design process to approve every step up to the final product.
